Shipping policy
At Mossellen, we strive to provide excellent service and ensure that every order is delivered safely and efficiently. Since all of our products are made to order, each item is carefully produced, quality-checked, and packaged before shipment. We work with trusted production and shipping partners to make sure your order reaches you in the best possible condition.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. During periods of high demand, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been produced and prepared for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please note that orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

International delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance procedures, local postal services, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a tracking link.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available after you receive your shipping confirmation email.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Mossellen is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or import procedures.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.
Mossellen is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible at admin@mossellen.com. We will do our best to update your order before it enters production or ships.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
While we work with reliable shipping carriers, occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions, peak shipping seasons, customs processing, or carrier-related issues.
If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or has not been delivered within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at admin@mossellen.com. We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and work toward an appropriate resolution.
