At Mossellen, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 15 days from the date your order is delivered. Unfortunately, if more than 15 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Be in the same condition as received
  • Include the original packaging whenever possible

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Because many of our products are made to order, return addresses may vary depending on the product. Return instructions and the correct return address will be provided after your return request has been approved.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items purchased during promotional or clearance sales
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Clear photos showing the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will gladly provide a replacement or a full refund when applicable.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • A manufacturing defect
  • A damaged item
  • An incorrect item shipped by Mossellen

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is approved for reasons other than our error, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

The time required for exchanged products to arrive will depend on your location.
